We start planning for next year's event almost as soon as this year's event is over! Our Haunts Organizing Committee meets monthly to determine next year's dates, special events, and new ways to Scare the YELL out of our guests! It takes a lot of planning to make this spooky event happen!
EACH SCARE STATION RECEIVES MONEY FOR PROPS, COSTUMES, ETC. OR, USE THE MONEY AS A FUNDRAISER FOR YOUR GROUP!
Each night, there are often over 120 volunteers that make the Haunts of Hidden River Haunted Hayrides happen! That's a lot of dead-ick-ated people! Volunteers come back year after year because the Haunts is a fun event! And, they come back because the Haunts gives people a chance to use their creativity while giving back to the community.
Volunteers create and operate our "Scare Stations" in the woods. Others help out with ticket sales, concessions, promotions, set-up and many other jobs required so that the show can go on seven nights in October. Get your group, organization, club or family involved early!
